Travelling to La Gomera
Casa Felipe is in the Laguna area of Playa de Santiago, on the south coast of La Gomera. It is only 40 minutes by car from San Sebastian, or 15 minutes by sea-cat (Benchi Express). Santiago has a small airport, only a couple of minutes drive from the house.
To get to the island you can either fly to Tenerife South and transfer to La Gomera by ferry, large fast-cat to San Sebastian, or by small sea-cat (Benchi Express) that calls at the port of Playa de Santiago, just 10 minutes walk from the house (see links below).

Alternatively, you can also fly to Tenerife North for a following flight (35 mins) into La Gomera airport. If arriving via La Gomera airport, the house is only a 5 min taxi ride (cars can be hired from the airport and in the town). Flight times are 4 hrs or so from London Gatwick to Tenerife South/North.
If arriving by sea via the port of Los Cristianos, Tenerife (25 mins from Tenerife South airport) and San Sebastian, you can either hire a car, or take a taxi to Playa de Santiago (approx. 40 mins).

The fast-cat crosses in 30 mins, the Armas ferry, with open promenade deck, in 75 mins. The former is fast and efficient and well worth the experience but the latter provides the opportunity to watch dolphins and other cetaceans and sea birds.
However, the easiest option is to get the small sea-cat, the Benchi Express, which stops at San Sebastian before continuing to Playa de Santiago and onward to Valle Gran Rey. The Benchi Express also provides a cheap and convenient service for travelling between the three towns on the south coast.
